La Ligue de football régionale de Montréal (LFRM) offre aux jeunes garçons et filles de 6 à 13 ans l’occasion de découvrir, apprendre et vivre le football dans un environnement compétitif, structuré et passionnant.

Présente à Montréal et dans les régions avoisinantes, la LFRM rassemble des organisations engagées à développer les jeunes athlètes, à promouvoir l’esprit sportif et à faire grandir le football partout au Québec.

The Montreal Regional Football League (MRFL) gives boys and girls aged 6 to 13 the opportunity to learn, compete, and experience football in an exciting, structured, and competitive environment.

Based in Montreal and surrounding communities, the MRFL brings together organizations committed to developing young athletes, promoting sportsmanship, and growing the game of football across Quebec.
